The Olive Grove is a very special Villa in the beautiful seaside resort of Almyrida. It is just a 3 minute walk to the Beach, tavernas, bars, coffee shops and more.

The walk to the beach is flat which makes a huge difference as it allows you to pop there and back several times a day.

The Villa has a traditional Greek style on the outside with a modern interior and has everything you need for a fantastic stay.

What makes it really special is how private it is, it has a large private, gated spacious garden and is surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees.

Villa layout

The villa is on 2 levels – the upper floor comprises of a lounge with tv, sofa and fireplace. A fully functioning kitchen and a brand new bathroom with walk in shower. There are 2 double bedrooms on this floor. Each bedroom has a private balcony- one looking out to the pool and the other towards the sea. There is also a large balcony wrapping around the front of the house that provides fantastic views of the hillside opposite and a lovely seating area, perfect for a morning coffee or sundowners.

The Lower ground floor is a generous sized self-contained apartment with a lovely kitchen area, dining area, large double bedroom, a sofa bed and a new bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a lovely seating area outside under the Olive trees looking out towards the pomegranate tree and hillside.

 

There are deck chairs around the private pool and a further dining area overlooking the pool.
